Katherine Choi, MD
Katherine Choi is the director of connected & digital health innovation for the Acceleration Lab, in partnership with the office of the CMIO. In this role, Katherine leads efforts to leverage virtual care, text messaging, and novel technologies to transform care delivery across the health system. She is energized by opportunities to improve equitable access to care, save clinicians time, and make patients healthier. She also has a special interest in running delight sprints to bring appreciation and engagement into the workplace.
Katherine received her medical degree from the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania and her bachelor's degree in biological engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Her work has been featured in the New England Journal of Medicine, NPR, and Fast Company.
